Mr. Marszalek is presently President & CEO of Compita Group, headquartered in Rochester, New York, USA, with offices in the E.U. and Poland specifically. Every day, Mr. Marszalek works to identify strategic opportunities and develop synergistic relationships with other firms and development partners between the U.S. and the E.U., focusing on strategic investments and protecting intellectual property, especially serving the transportation, medical, energy and aerospace industries. On behalf of Compita Group’s clients, Mr. Marszalek negotiates partnerships and distribution agreements, productizes technologies and intellectual property, and helps other companies in acquisitions, strategic investments, overall strategic corporate branding, crisis management, and crisis communication.

Mr. Marszalek is also a Visiting Professor at several universities in the E.U., where he is a recognized lecturer in the business of transportation, including railroads and aviation, along with technology transfer / commercialization theory and practice. Mr. Marszalek has been a regular speaker and panelist at a variety of international trade and conferences, and is also serving as a key advisor and strategist for companies in the healthcare technology and transportation sectors. In the rail industry, Mr. Marszalek has worked with Union Pacific (UP), Canadian National (CN), CSX Corporation, and New York City Transit.

Previously, Mr. Marszalek founded and was CEO of several education and information technology companies, and he was the first Polish-American to take his company to NASDAQ in the late 1980s. Mr. Marszalek’s companies, Aviation Learning and Aviation Shops, developed the world’s first online maintenance and diagnostic programs for Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, and GE. He also hosted and produced several conferences for AviationWeek and the McGraw-Hill Companies. Mr. Marszalek’s products have been sold on a worldwide basis, to major corporations and major technology Universities. He is also the recipient of several international education awards. Most recently, Mr. Marszalek was President & CEO of Compitatrade International, responsible for developing strategic partnerships between major Corporations and Universities in the U.S. and in Central Europe. Mr. Marszalek also has a degree from the University of Katowice, in Katowice, Poland.
